The Health Improvement Program is a comprehensive education and support program offered to eligible Boeing employees, retirees, and their dependents as a part of their benefits package at no added cost. The program is completely confidential and participation is voluntary. To speak with a program representative, please call the confidential toll-free program number: 1-866-816-5270. Regular program operating hours are Pacific Time, M-F 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. and Saturdays 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. On-call clinicians are available to receive calls after regular operating hours.
About Health Improvement Program Services:
The Health Improvement Program provides specialized, tailored health care services for eligible Boeing employees, retirees, and their dependents living with certain chronic conditions. Eligible members receive personal contact with health care professionals such as nurses and dietitians, customized health assessments and educational resources, personalized plans with self-care goals, regular reminders for important tests and exams, and other services. The program assists members with following their doctor’s plan of care, and empowers members to better manage their health so they can enjoy a healthier quality of life.
